1.      Arrival time is between 4 PM and 8 PM.  Prior arrangements need be made with the proprietors if you require early or late arrival.  Check out time is 11:30 AM.

2.      Breakfast is served each morning at 8:30; light refreshments and coffee are also served between 4 PM and 9 PM. Room service is available at an additional charge.

3.      A collection of books and DVDs are available for the enjoyment of our guests. Please be sure to return these items prior to your departure.

4.      A spouse or parent must accompany any guest under 21 years of age.  No children under 16 please.

5.      No unregistered guests should be in the Inn without prior approval of the proprietor.

6.      We ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum in consideration of other guests.  Music and electronic entertainment in guest rooms must be kept at a volume that will not disturb other guests at any time.

7.      The Inn is a drug-free, smoke-free and pet-free environment. Any guest who violates this policy may be asked to leave at the proprietor’s discretion and without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

8.      Firearms are not permitted on the Inn property at any time. Also, a rail fence along the oceanfront bluff has been provided for the protection of our guests. Please do not go beyond this fence.

9.      Guests returning to a deluxe suite after 10 PM are asked to enter quietly so that other guests retiring early will not be disturbed. Guests staying in a standard suite should note that the doors are locked at 10 PM.

10.  We have a two-night minimum on all weekends between May 1 and September 30. Failure to cancel reservations without a 14-day advance notice will result in a two night charge.

11.  We will gladly refund your reservation if you notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee. Unfortunately any cancellations made less than 14 days before your arrival date cannot be refunded.
